Let’s review the topic of STRESS today! Did you know that 99% of all illness are all stress related causes? That means 1% of illness are not caused from some form of stress.
So take that in, look at your life and take inventory of how stressed you are. On a scale of 1 to 10, I want you to come up with the number that defines your stress. 1 being not stressed at all and 10 being totally stressed. Are you paying attention to that number and doing something about that so you don’t get sick? How are you handling stress?
Here is a great conscious practice to helpyou manage your STRESS
Bring your awareness around the stress & how that stress is impacting your life? Awareness is key.
1. Write down your STRESS scale 1-10
2. What are the top 5 things that cause you stress? Write those down 3. What is one thing you can do today to help with managing with your stress?
Eat a very clean, nutrient-rich diet
Stress effects us all, and so much of stress is how we handle it in our mind. This week, I want you to get familiar with how stress is effecting you and how you can better handle it, bringing a conscious relationship to stress.
