In this week’s episode of Inspired Living on LizTV, I want to help you set your New Year up with full intention.
So get out a piece of paper. You will create different sections on your page.
1. Health --includes how you move your body, how you nourish yourself, mindful activities.
2. Happiness- Relationship to self & others, How you find joy and passion, how are you involved in charity?
3. Abundance - Your career, how you make money, savings. Things you want to do, be or have. Trips you want to take.
Once you have all of your goals, dreams and ambitions written down, go back through and create one word for each section that represents that section. Then taking those three words, I want you to see if there is one word that will become your theme word for the New Year.
When you set your year up with this kind of intention, it is amazing how incredible your life really becomes. I wish you a beautiful year!
