My Ultimate Morning Routine

Here is my ultimate morning routine that I practice every morning.  These three simple steps are both quick and inexpensive, but pack a punch of health benefits!

First, let's talk Oil Pulling.  Oil Pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that people have been doing for hundreds of years.  You can use coconut oil, olive oil or seaseme oil and use about a tbsp in your mouth.  It will liquify as you swish it around.  This technique rinses the toxins in your mouth.  A lot of germs start in your mouth and are the gateway to your digestion.

So Oil Pulling helps detoxify the body, whitens the teeth, increases your energy, balances your hormones, helps with headaches, clear skin & oral hygiene.  Make sure you brush your teeth with a non-fluoride tooth paste after you spit out your oil.

Next, make a cup of warm water with fresh lemon.  This helps boost your immune system and your stomach acid and keeps your PH in your stomach in check.  Lemon has a huge health benefit to it so add it to warm water throughout the day.

Finally, take 2 tbps of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar.  It is amazing for you health!  Apple Cider Vinegar balances yeast and your digestive system.  It's also a great booster for your immune system.

Health doesn't have to be expensive, but it does have to be conscious.
