What do you think about yourself? Did you know the answer to that question defines your life a lot more than you may realize?
When you examine what you really think about yourself, it allows you to look within and to notice the energy you are putting out into the world. Those thoughts are a direct reflection of how you show up in the world.
This week, I want you to practice self awareness, self love and relationship to self through mirror work. Standing in front of a mirror and acknowledging self love, self forgiveness & powerful self affirmation is one of the best ways to live a full life.
So what do you see when you look in the mirror. That’s your practice this week. This takes work, but when you can acknowledge yourself as the beautiful soul you are, I promise it will bring a deeper meaning to your life and the energy you are putting out into the world.
