Sometimes working out is more of a mental game than the actual physical pursuit of moving your body. When you are busy, or on-the-go, it's very easy to just let your exercise take a back seat. But this week, I'm giving you my secret 20 min workout you can do literally anytime and anyway. This is great for travel. You can do this in a hotel room, on the beach or even on a boat. If you can't figure out how to get this done, it's time to hire a coach!
Step 1. Download this awesome interval training app here. "ProTimer"
Step 2. Set your intervals in this app for 30 secs, with 15 sec break. So it will be Countdown =00:05 secs. Interval 1 =00:30. Interval 2=00:15. Repeat=15. Save this setting as "20 min burn" for future use. Then just hit start.
Step 3. Start your workout. The key is to do 3 rounds of 5 exercises. This is actually less than 15 mins so if you have more time you can add in more intervals or end with some good core strengthening and stretching.
Follow the workout below.
1. lunges with or without 5-10 weights
2. jump squats
3. plank or variation of plank
4. core bicycle with rotation
5. jumping jacks
